Throughout the project, comprehensive information packages were developed in both Finnish and English, addressing maritime emissions and more sustainable fuel alternatives. These packages cover various fuels, including methanol, hydrogen, ammonia, and different types of diesels, offering in-depth details on their production methods, properties, safety considerations, manufacturing processes, and environmental impacts.

Additionally, a final report was compiled, summarizing the key findings from the information packages and providing an overview of traditional maritime fuels, such as heavy fuel oil and marine diesels. The report also includes summaries of interviews with industry experts and companies, where they shared their views on the opportunities and challenges surrounding the adoption of new fuels in the maritime sector’s green transition.
